1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using the Docs Maker mobile application ("Application," "Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Docs Maker ("Company," "Service Provider").

IMPORTANT:

These Terms supplement Apple Inc.'s Standard License Terms and Conditions (EULA). In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

2.1 Limited License from Docs Maker

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the Application on your personal Apple devices.
Use the Application solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
Access and view your own business and financial data.

This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2.2 Apple's Rights Reserved

You acknowledge that the Application is licensed, not sold. Apple retains ownership and control of the Application and may manage, update, or remove it from the App Store. Apple's EULA governs your use of iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Application, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its servers. You may not create derivative works, rent, lease, lend, resell, or commercially exploit the Application.

2.4 Intellectual Property Ownership

Docs Maker owns all rights to the Application code and functionality. You have no ownership rights to the Application itself.

3. Apple App Store Compliance

This Application complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines regarding safety, performance, business, design, and legal requirements.

Permitted Features: The Application uses only Apple-approved features such as SwiftData for local storage, iCloud for sync, standard file pickers, AirPrint, and UIActivityViewController for sharing.

Prohibited Features: The Application does NOT use private APIs, executable code downloading, unauthorized biometric access, or hidden functionality.

4. User Responsibilities

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

User Data: You are solely responsible for all data you create, store, or upload. You must ensure data does not infringe on third-party rights and comply with tax and accounting regulations. We recommend maintaining separate records as required by law.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Application for fraud, tax evasion, creating false invoices, or violating any laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application (code, design, content) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Apple retains all rights to iOS and the App Store platform.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the business data, plans, and client information you input. We claim no ownership of your data.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of financial calculations, or compatibility with future iOS versions.

No Professional Advice: The Application is a utility tool only. It does NOT provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Data Loss: NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN REGARDING DATA RECOVERY. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using iCloud or exporting files.

7. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, DOCS MAKER AND APPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (including loss of data or profit) arising from your use of the Application.

Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 if you paid nothing.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docs Maker and Apple from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application or update these Terms. Apple reserves the right to remove the Application from the App Store. Material changes will be notified with 30 days' notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We or Apple may terminate your license if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your state/country. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court as applicable in your jurisdiction, unless prohibited by consumer protection laws (e.g., EU).

12. Export Compliance

You agree not to export or re-export the Application to prohibited countries or persons in violation of U.S. export control laws.

13. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws, including tax, accounting, GDPR/CCPA data protection, and consumer protection laws.

14. Data Handling and Backup

We do NOT guarantee recovery of deleted data. You are responsible for backing up your data via iCloud or export features.

15. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with Apple services (iCloud, Keychain). Apple does not endorse the Application or warrant its accuracy.

16. Use as a Tool Only

This Application is a supplementary tool and NOT a substitute for professional accounting services. Consult professionals for financial decisions.

17. Accessibility

We are committed to accessibility (ADA/WCAG). Contact us if you have difficulty accessing features.

18. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, it shall be modified or severed, and remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

20. Special Apple App Store Provisions

Updates: Apple manages automatic updates; you cannot refuse security patches.
Refunds: Handled exclusively by Apple; contact them within 14 days of purchase.
Payments: Processed by Apple; we do not store payment info.
iCloud: Data stored on Apple servers is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE DOCS MAKER APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, APPLE'S APP STORE TERMS, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

2. Concesión de Licencia y Restricciones

2.1 Licencia Limitada de Docs Maker

Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para:

Descargar e instalar la Aplicación en tus dispositivos personales Apple.
Utilizar la Aplicación únicamente para fines legales, personales y no comerciales.
Acceder y visualizar tus propios datos comerciales y financieros.

Esta licencia está sujeta a tu cumplimiento de estos Términos y los Términos de Servicio de la App Store de Apple.

2.2 Derechos Reservados de Apple

Reconoces que la Aplicación se licencia, no se vende. Apple conserva la propiedad y el control de la Aplicación y puede gestionarla, actualizarla o eliminarla de la App Store. El EULA de Apple rige tu uso de iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Restricciones

Aceptas NO realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación, ni intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a sus servidores. No puedes crear trabajos derivados, alquilar, arrendar, prestar, revender ni explotar comercialmente la Aplicación.

2.4 Propiedad Intelectual

Docs Maker posee todos los derechos sobre el código y la funcionalidad de la Aplicación. No tienes derechos de propiedad sobre la Aplicación en sí.

3. Cumplimiento con la App Store de Apple

Esta Aplicación cumple con las Directrices de Revisión de la App Store de Apple en cuanto a seguridad, rendimiento, negocios, diseño y requisitos legales.

Funciones Permitidas: La Aplicación utiliza solo funciones aprobadas por Apple, como SwiftData para almacenamiento local, iCloud para sincronización, selección de archivos estándar, AirPrint y UIActivityViewController para compartir.

Funciones Prohibidas: La Aplicación NO utiliza APIs privadas, descarga de código ejecutable, acceso biométrico no autorizado ni funciones ocultas.

4. Responsabilidades del Usuario

Si creas una cuenta, debes proporcionar información precisa y mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales.

Datos del Usuario: Eres el único responsable de todos los datos que crees, almacenes o subas. Debes asegurarte de que los datos no infrinjan derechos de terceros y cumplir con las regulaciones fiscales y contables. Recomendamos mantener registros separados según lo exija la ley.

Conducta Prohibida: Aceptas no utilizar la Aplicación para fraudes, evasión de impuestos, creación de facturas falsas o violación de cualquier ley.

5. Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual

La Aplicación (código, diseño, contenido) está protegida por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de PI. Apple conserva todos los derechos sobre iOS y la plataforma App Store.

Tus Datos: Conservas todos los derechos sobre los datos comerciales, planes e información de clientes que ingreses. No reclamamos propiedad sobre tus datos.

6. Exención de Garantía

Límite de Responsabilidad: Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá la cantidad que pagaste por la Aplicación en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo, o $0 si no has pagado nada.

8. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Docs Maker y Apple de cualquier reclamo, daño o gasto que surja de tu uso de la Aplicación, tu violación de estos Términos o tu violación de las leyes aplicables.

9. Modificaciones al Servicio

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o descontinuar la Aplicación o actualizar estos Términos. Apple se reserva el derecho de eliminar la Aplicación de la App Store. Los cambios materiales se notificarán con 30 días de antelación.

10. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento desinstalándola. Nosotros o Apple podemos terminar tu licencia si violas estos Términos o participas en actividades ilegales. Tras la terminación, tu licencia finaliza inmediatamente.

11. Ley Aplicable

12. Cumplimiento de Exportaciones

Aceptas no exportar ni reexportar la Aplicación a países o personas prohibidas en violación de las leyes de control de exportaciones de EE. UU.

13. Cumplimiento de Leyes

Aceptas utilizar la Aplicación cumpliendo con todas las leyes aplicables, incluidas las regulaciones fiscales, contables, protección de datos GDPR/CCPA y leyes de protección al consumidor.

14. Manejo de Datos y Respaldo

NO garantizamos la recuperación de datos eliminados. Eres responsable de realizar copias de seguridad de tus datos a través de iCloud o funciones de exportación.

15. Servicios de Terceros

La Aplicación puede integrarse con servicios de Apple (iCloud, Llavero). Apple no respalda la Aplicación ni garantiza su exactitud.

16. Uso Solo como Herramienta

Esta Aplicación es una herramienta complementaria y NO sustituye los servicios contables profesionales. Consulta a profesionales para decisiones financieras.

17. Accesibilidad

Estamos comprometidos con la accesibilidad (ADA/WCAG). Contáctanos si tienes dificultades para acceder a las funciones.

18. Divisibilidad

Si alguna disposición se considera inválida, se modificará o eliminará, y las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor.

Wir gewähren Ihnen eine eingeschränkte, nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz, um:

Die Anwendung auf Ihren persönlichen Apple-Geräten herunterzuladen und zu installieren.
Die Anwendung ausschließlich für rechtmäßige, persönliche und nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke zu nutzen.
Auf Ihre eigenen geschäftlichen und finanziellen Daten zuzugreifen und diese einzusehen.

Diese Lizenz unterliegt Ihrer Einhaltung dieser Bedingungen und der Nutzungsbedingungen des App Store von Apple.

2.2 Vorbehaltene Rechte von Apple

Sie erkennen an, dass die Anwendung lizenziert und nicht verkauft wird. Apple behält das Eigentum und die Kontrolle über die Anwendung und kann diese verwalten, aktualisieren oder aus dem App Store entfernen. Die EULA von Apple regelt Ihre Nutzung von iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Einschränkungen

Sie stimmen zu, die Anwendung NICHT zurückzuentwickeln, zu dekompilieren, zu disassemblieren oder zu versuchen, unbefugten Zugriff auf ihre Server zu erlangen. Sie dürfen keine abgeleiteten Werke erstellen, die Anwendung nicht vermieten, verleasen, verleihen, weiterverkaufen oder kommerziell nutzen.

Docs Maker besitzt alle Rechte am Code und an der Funktionalität der Anwendung. Sie haben keine Eigentumsrechte an der Anwendung selbst.

3. Compliance mit dem Apple App Store

Diese Anwendung entspricht den Prüfrichtlinien des Apple App Store hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Leistung, Geschäft, Design und rechtlichen Anforderungen.

Zulässige Funktionen: Die Anwendung verwendet nur von Apple genehmigte Funktionen wie SwiftData für lokalen Speicher, iCloud für die Synchronisierung, Standard-Dateiauswahl, AirPrint und UIActivityViewController zum Teilen.

7. Haftungsbeschränkung

SOWEIT GESETZLICH ZULÄSSIG, HAFTEN DOCS MAKER UND APPLE NICHT FÜR DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, FOLGE- ODER NEBENSCHÄDEN (einschließlich Datenverlust oder entgangenem Gewinn), die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung der Anwendung ergeben.

Haftungsobergrenze: Unsere Gesamthaftung übersteigt nicht den Betrag, den Sie in den 12 Monaten vor dem Anspruch für die Anwendung gezahlt haben, oder 0 $, wenn Sie nichts bezahlt haben.

8. Schadloshaltung

Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, Docs Maker und Apple von allen Ansprüchen, Schäden oder Ausgaben freizustellen, die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung der Anwendung, Ihrer Verletzung dieser Bedingungen oder Ihrer Verletzung geltender Gesetze ergeben.

9. Änderungen am Dienst

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Anwendung zu ändern oder einzustellen oder diese Bedingungen zu aktualisieren. Apple behält sich das Recht vor, die Anwendung aus dem App Store zu entfernen. Wesentliche Änderungen werden mit einer Frist von 30 Tagen angekündigt.

10. Kündigung

Sie können die Nutzung der Anwendung jederzeit beenden, indem Sie sie deinstallieren. Wir oder Apple können Ihre Lizenz kündigen, wenn Sie diese Bedingungen verletzen oder sich an illegalen Aktivitäten beteiligen. Mit der Kündigung endet Ihre Lizenz sofort.

11. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen Ihres Staates/Landes. Streitigkeiten werden durch ein verbindliches Schiedsverfahren oder Gerichte für geringfügige Forderungen beigelegt, sofern dies in Ihrer Gerichtsbarkeit zulässig ist, es sei denn, dies ist durch Verbraucherschutzgesetze (z. B. EU) untersagt.

12. Exportbestimmungen

Sie stimmen zu, die Anwendung nicht unter Verletzung der US-Exportkontrollgesetze in verbotene Länder oder an verbotene Personen zu exportieren oder reexportieren.

13. Einhaltung von Gesetzen

Sie stimmen zu, die Anwendung in Übereinstimmung mit allen geltenden Gesetzen zu nutzen, einschließlich Steuer-, Buchhaltungs-, DSGVO/CCPA-Datenschutz- und Verbraucherschutzgesetzen.

14. Datenverarbeitung und Backup

15. Dienste von Drittanbietern

Die Anwendung kann in Apple-Dienste (iCloud, Schlüsselbund) integriert sein. Apple unterstützt die Anwendung nicht und garantiert nicht für deren Richtigkeit.

16. Nur als Werkzeug

Diese Anwendung ist ein ergänzendes Werkzeug und KEIN Ersatz für professionelle Buchhaltungsdienstleistungen. Konsultieren Sie Fachleute für finanzielle Entscheidungen.

17. Barrierefreiheit

Wir setzen uns für Barrierefreiheit (ADA/WCAG) ein. Kontaktieren Sie uns, wenn Sie Schwierigkeiten beim Zugriff auf Funktionen haben.

18. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollte eine Bestimmung als ungültig erachtet werden, wird sie geändert oder gestrichen, und die übrigen Bestimmungen bleiben in vollem Umfang wirksam.

2. Octroi de Licence et Restrictions

2.1 Licence Limitée de Docs Maker

Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable pour :

Télécharger et installer l'Application sur vos appareils Apple personnels.
Utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins légales, personnelles et non commerciales.
Accéder et visualiser vos propres données commerciales et financières.

2.3 Restrictions

Vous acceptez de NE PAS faire d'ingénierie inverse, décompiler ou désassembler l'Application, ni tenter d'obtenir un accès non autorisé à ses serveurs. Vous ne pouvez pas créer d'œuvres dérivées, louer, prêter, revendre ou exploiter commercialement l'Application.

2.4 Propriété Intellectuelle

Docs Maker détient tous les droits sur le code et les fonctionnalités de l'Application. Vous n'avez aucun droit de propriété sur l'Application elle-même.

3. Conformité avec l'App Store d'Apple

Cette Application est conforme aux Directives d'Examen de l'App Store d'Apple concernant la sécurité, les performances, les affaires, la conception et les exigences légales.

Fonctionnalités Autorisées : L'Application utilise uniquement des fonctionnalités approuvées par Apple telles que SwiftData pour le stockage local, iCloud pour la synchronisation, les sélecteurs de fichiers standard, AirPrint et UIActivityViewController pour le partage.

Fonctionnalités Interdites : L'Application n'utilise PAS d'API privées, de téléchargement de code exécutable, d'accès biométrique non autorisé ou de fonctionnalités cachées.

4. Responsabilités de l'Utilisateur

Si vous créez un compte, vous devez fournir des informations exactes et maintenir la confidentialité de vos identifiants.

Données Utilisateur : Vous êtes seul responsable de toutes les données que vous créez, stockez ou téléchargez. Vous devez vous assurer que les données n'enfreignent pas les droits de tiers et respectent les réglementations fiscales et comptables. Nous recommandons de tenir des registres séparés conformément à la loi.

Conduite Interdite : Vous acceptez de ne pas utiliser l'Application pour la fraude, l'évasion fiscale, la création de fausses factures ou la violation de toute loi.

5. Droits de Propriété Intellectuelle

L'Application (code, conception, contenu) est protégée par le droit d'auteur, les marques déposées et d'autres lois sur la PI. Apple conserve tous les droits sur iOS et la plateforme App Store.

Vos Données : Vous conservez tous les droits sur les données commerciales, les plans et les informations clients que vous saisissez. Nous ne revendiquons aucune propriété sur vos données.

6. Exclusion de Garantie

L'Application est fournie "EN L'ÉTAT" ET "SELON DISPONIBILITÉ" sans garantie d'aucune sorte.

Nous déclinons toutes garanties, expresses et implicites, y compris la qualité marchande, l'adéquation à un usage particulier et la non-contrefaçon. Nous ne garantissons PAS un fonctionnement ininterrompu, l'exactitude des calculs financiers ou la compatibilité avec les futures versions d'iOS.

Pas de Conseil Professionnel : L'Application est un outil utilitaire uniquement. Elle ne fournit PAS de conseils fiscaux, juridiques, financiers ou comptables.

Perte de Données : AUCUNE GARANTIE N'EST DONNÉE CONCERNANT LA RÉCUPÉRATION DES DONNÉES. Vous êtes seul responsable de la sauvegarde de vos données via iCloud ou les fonctions d'exportation.

7. Limitation de Responsabilité

8. Indemnisation

Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de dégager de toute responsabilité Docs Maker et Apple de toute réclamation, dommage ou dépense découlant de votre utilisation de l'Application, de votre violation de ces Conditions ou de votre violation des lois applicables.

9. Modifications du Service

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ou d'interrompre l'Application ou de mettre à jour ces Conditions. Apple se réserve le droit de retirer l'Application de l'App Store. Les changements matériels seront notifiés avec un préavis de 30 jours.

10. Résiliation

Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'Application à tout moment en la désinstallant. Nous ou Apple pouvons résilier votre licence si vous violez ces Conditions ou participez à des activités illégales. En cas de résiliation, votre licence prend fin immédiatement.

11. Loi Applicable

Ces Conditions seront régies par les lois de votre état/pays. Les litiges seront résolus par arbitrage contraignant ou devant les tribunaux des petites créances selon votre juridiction, sauf interdiction par les lois de protection des consommateurs (par exemple, UE).

12. Conformité aux Exportations

Vous acceptez de ne pas exporter ou réexporter l'Application vers des pays ou des personnes interdits en violation des lois américaines sur le contrôle des exportations.

13. Conformité aux Lois

Questa licenza è soggetta al tuo rispetto di questi Termini e dei Termini di Servizio dell'App Store di Apple.

2.2 Diritti Riservati di Apple

Riconosci che l'Applicazione è concessa in licenza, non venduta. Apple mantiene la proprietà e il controllo dell'Applicazione e può gestirla, aggiornarla o rimuoverla dall'App Store. L'EULA di Apple regola il tuo utilizzo di iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Restrizioni

Funzionalità Consentite: L'Applicazione utilizza solo funzionalità approvate da Apple come SwiftData per l'archiviazione locale, iCloud per la sincronizzazione, selettori di file standard, AirPrint e UIActivityViewController per la condivisione.

Funzionalità Proibite: L'Applicazione NON utilizza API private, download di codice eseguibile, accesso biometrico non autorizzato o funzionalità nascoste.

4. Responsabilità dell'Utente

Se crei un account, devi fornire informazioni accurate e mantenere la riservatezza delle tue credenziali.

Dati Utente: Sei l'unico responsabile di tutti i dati che crei, archivi o carichi. Devi assicurarti che i dati non violino i diritti di terzi e rispettino le normative fiscali e contabili. Raccomandiamo di mantenere registri separati come richiesto dalla legge.

10. Risoluzione

2. Licentieverlening en Beperkingen

2.1 Beperkte Licentie van Docs Maker

Wij verlenen u een beperkte, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, herroepbare licentie om:

De Applicatie te downloaden en te installeren op uw persoonlijke Apple-apparaten.
De Applicatie uitsluitend te gebruiken voor wettige, persoonlijke en niet-commerciële doeleinden.
Toegang te krijgen tot uw eigen zakelijke en financiële gegevens en deze te bekijken.

Deze licentie is onderworpen aan uw naleving van deze Voorwaarden en de Servicevoorwaarden van de Apple App Store.

2.2 Rechten Voorbehouden aan Apple

U erkent dat de Applicatie in licentie wordt gegeven, niet verkocht. Apple behoudt het eigendom en de controle over de Applicatie en kan deze beheren, bijwerken of verwijderen uit de App Store. De EULA van Apple regelt uw gebruik van iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Beperkingen

U gaat ermee akkoord de Applicatie NIET te reverse-engineeren, te decompileren, te disassembleren of te proberen onbevoegde toegang te krijgen tot de servers. U mag geen afgeleide werken maken, de Applicatie niet verhuren, leasen, uitlenen, doorverkopen of commercieel exploiteren.

2.4 Intellectueel Eigendom

Docs Maker bezit alle rechten op de code en functionaliteit van de Applicatie. U heeft geen eigendomsrechten op de Applicatie zelf.

3. Naleving van Apple App Store

Deze Applicatie voldoet aan de Beoordelingsrichtlijnen van de Apple App Store met betrekking tot veiligheid, prestaties, zaken, ontwerp en wettelijke vereisten.

Toegestane Functies: De Applicatie gebruikt alleen door Apple goedgekeurde functies zoals SwiftData voor lokale opslag, iCloud voor synchronisatie, standaard bestandskeizers, AirPrint en UIActivityViewController voor delen.

Verboden Functies: De Applicatie gebruikt GEEN privé-API's, downloadt geen uitvoerbare code, gebruikt geen ongeautoriseerde biometrische toegang en bevat geen verborgen functionaliteit.

4. Verantwoordelijkheden van de Gebruiker

Als u een account aanmaakt, moet u nauwkeurige informatie verstrekken en de vertrouwelijkheid van uw inloggegevens bewaren.

Gebruikersgegevens: U bent als enige verantwoordelijk voor alle gegevens die u maakt, opslaat of uploadt. U moet ervoor zorgen dat gegevens geen inbreuk maken op rechten van derden en voldoen aan belasting- en boekhoudregels. Wij raden aan om aparte administraties bij te houden zoals wettelijk vereist.

Verboden Gedrag: U gaat ermee akkoord de Applicatie niet te gebruiken voor fraude, belastingontduiking, het maken van valse facturen of het schenden van wetten.

5. Intellectuele Eigendomsrechten

De Applicatie (code, ontwerp, inhoud) wordt beschermd door auteursrecht, handelsmerken en andere IE-wetten. Apple behoudt alle rechten op iOS en het App Store-platform.

Uw Gegevens: U behoudt alle rechten op de zakelijke gegevens, plannen en klantinformatie die u invoert. Wij claimen geen eigendom van uw gegevens.

6. Garantiedisclaimer

Wij wijzen alle garanties af, expliciet en impliciet, inclusief verkoopbaarheid, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel en niet-inbreuk. Wij garanderen GEEN ononderbroken werking, nauwkeurigheid van financiële berekeningen of compatibiliteit met toekomstige iOS-versies.

Gegevensverlies: ER WORDT GEEN GARANTIE GEGEVEN MET BETREKKING TOT GEGEVENSHERSTEL. U bent als enige verantwoordelijk voor het maken van back-ups van uw gegevens via iCloud of exportfuncties.

7. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

BEHALVE ZOALS WETTELIJK VEREIST, ZIJN DOCS MAKER EN APPLE NIET AANSPRAKELIJK VOOR ENIGE DIRECTE, INDIRECTE, GEVOLG- OF INCIDENTELE SCHADE (inclusief verlies van gegevens of winst) voortvloeiend uit uw gebruik van de Applicatie.

Aansprakelijkheidslimiet: Onze totale aansprakelijkheid zal niet hoger zijn dan het bedrag dat u in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan de claim voor de Applicatie heeft betaald, of $0 als u niets heeft betaald.

8. Vrijwaring

U gaat ermee akkoord Docs Maker en Apple te vrijwaren en schadeloos te stellen voor claims, schade of kosten die voortvloeien uit uw gebruik van de Applicatie, uw schending van deze Voorwaarden of uw schending van toepasselijke wetten.

9. Wijzigingen aan de Dienst

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om de Applicatie te wijzigen of stop te zetten of deze Voorwaarden bij te werken. Apple behoudt zich het recht voor om de Applicatie uit de App Store te verwijderen. Materiële wijzigingen worden 30 dagen van tevoren gemeld.

10. Beëindiging

U kunt het gebruik van de Applicatie op elk moment stoppen door deze te verwijderen. Wij of Apple kunnen uw licentie beëindigen als u deze Voorwaarden schendt of deelneemt aan illegale activiteiten. Bij beëindiging eindigt uw licentie onmiddellijk.

11. Toepasselijk Recht

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door de wetten van uw staat/land. Geschillen worden opgelost via bindende arbitrage of kantongerechten zoals van toepassing in uw rechtsgebied, tenzij verboden door consumentenbeschermingswetten (bijv. EU).

12. Naleving van Exportregels

U gaat ermee akkoord de Applicatie niet te exporteren of opnieuw te exporteren naar verboden landen of personen in strijd met de Amerikaanse exportcontrolewetten.

13. Naleving van Wetten

U gaat ermee akkoord de Applicatie te gebruiken in overeenstemming met alle toepasselijke wetten, inclusief belasting-, boekhoud-, GDPR/CCPA-gegevensbeschermings- en consumentenbeschermingswetten.

14. Gegevensverwerking en Back-up

Wij garanderen GEEN herstel van verwijderde gegevens. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van back-ups van uw gegevens via iCloud of exportfuncties.

15. Diensten van Derden

De Applicatie kan integreren met Apple-diensten (iCloud, Sleutelhanger). Apple onderschrijft de Applicatie niet en garandeert de nauwkeurigheid ervan niet.

1. Godkännande av Villkor

Dessa Villkor kompletterar Apple Inc.:s standardlicensvillkor (EULA). Vid konflikt har Apples EULA företräde.

2. Licensbeviljande och Begränsningar

2.1 Begränsad Licens från Docs Maker

Vi beviljar dig en begränsad, icke-exklusiv, icke-överlåtbar, återkallelig licens att:

Ladda ner och installera Applikationen på dina personliga Apple-enheter.
Använda Applikationen endast för lagliga, personliga och icke-kommersiella ändamål.
Få tillgång till och visa dina egna affärs- och finansiella data.

Denna licens är föremål för din efterlevnad av dessa Villkor och Apples App Store-villkor.

2.2 Apples Förbehållna Rättigheter

Du bekräftar att Applikationen licensieras, inte säljs. Apple behåller äganderätten och kontrollen över Applikationen och kan hantera, uppdatera eller ta bort den från App Store. Apples EULA styr din användning av iOS/iPadOS.

2.3 Begränsningar

Du samtycker till att INTE bakåtkompilera, dekompilera, ta isär Applikationen eller försöka få obehörig åtkomst till dess servrar. Du får inte skapa härledda verk, hyra ut, leasa, låna ut, sälja vidare eller kommersiellt utnyttja Applikationen.

2.4 Immateriell Egendom

Docs Maker äger alla rättigheter till Applikationens kod och funktionalitet. Du har inga äganderätter till själva Applikationen.

3. Efterlevnad av Apple App Store

Denna Applikation följer Apples App Store-granskningsriktlinjer gällande säkerhet, prestanda, affärsverksamhet, design och juridiska krav.

Tillåtna Funktioner: Applikationen använder endast Apple-godkända funktioner som SwiftData för lokal lagring, iCloud för synkronisering, standardfilväljare, AirPrint och UIActivityViewController för delning.

Förbjudna Funktioner: Applikationen använder INTE privata API:er, nedladdning av körbar kod, obehörig biometrisk åtkomst eller dold funktionalitet.

4. Användaransvar

Om du skapar ett konto måste du tillhandahålla korrekt information och upprätthålla sekretessen för dina inloggningsuppgifter.

Användardata: Du är ensam ansvarig för all data du skapar, lagrar eller laddar upp. Du måste se till att data inte gör intrång i tredje parts rättigheter och följer skatte- och bokföringsregler. Vi rekommenderar att du för separata register enligt lag.

Förbjudet Beteende: Du samtycker till att inte använda Applikationen för bedrägeri, skatteflykt, skapande av falska fakturor eller brott mot någon lag.

5. Immateriella Rättigheter

Applikationen (kod, design, innehåll) skyddas av upphovsrätt, varumärkesrätt och andra immaterialrättsliga lagar. Apple behåller alla rättigheter till iOS och App Store-plattformen.

Dina Data: Du behåller alla rättigheter till affärsdata, planer och kundinformation som du matar in. Vi gör inga anspråk på äganderätt till dina data.

6. Garantifriskrivning

Applikationen tillhandahålls i "BEFINTLIGT SKICK" OCH "ENLIGT TILLGÄNGLIGHET" utan garantier av något slag.

Vi frånsäger oss alla garantier, uttryckliga och underförstådda, inklusive säljbarhet, lämplighet för ett visst ändamål och icke-intrång. Vi garanterar INTE oavbruten drift, noggrannhet i finansiella beräkningar eller kompatibilitet med framtida iOS-versioner.

Ingen Professionell Rådgivning: Applikationen är endast ett verktyg. Den tillhandahåller INTE skatte-, juridisk, finansiell eller bokföringsmässig rådgivning.

Dataförlust: INGEN GARANTI GES GÄLLANDE DATAÅTERSTÄLLNING. Du är ensam ansvarig för att säkerhetskopiera dina data via iCloud eller exportfunktioner.

7. Ansvarsbegränsning

FÖRUTOM VAD SOM KRÄVS ENLIGT LAG, SKA DOCS MAKER OCH APPLE INTE VARA ANSVARIGA FÖR NÅGRA DIREKTA, INDIREKTA, FÖLJDSKADOR ELLER TILLFÄLLIGA SKADOR (inklusive förlust av data eller vinst) som uppstår till följd av din användning av Applikationen.

Ansvarsitak: Vårt totala ansvar ska inte överstiga det belopp du betalat för Applikationen under de 12 månader som föregår kravet, eller 0 $ om du inte har betalat något.

8. Skadeersättning

Du samtycker till att hålla Docs Maker och Apple skadeslösa från alla krav, skador eller kostnader som uppstår till följd av din användning av Applikationen, ditt brott mot dessa Villkor eller ditt brott mot tillämpliga lagar.

9. Ändringar av Tjänsten

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra eller avsluta Applikationen eller uppdatera dessa Villkor. Apple förbehåller sig rätten att ta bort Applikationen från App Store. Väsentliga ändringar kommer att meddelas med 30 dagars varsel.

10. Uppsägning

Du kan sluta använda Applikationen när som helst genom att avinstallera den. Vi eller Apple kan säga upp din licens om du bryter mot dessa Villkor eller deltar i olaglig verksamhet. Vid uppsägning upphör din licens omedelbart.

11. Tillämplig Lag

Dessa Villkor ska styras av lagarna i din delstat/ditt land. Tvister ska lösas genom bindande skiljedom eller domstolar för mindre mål som är tillämpligt i din jurisdiktion, om det inte är förbjudet enligt konsumentskyddslagar (t.ex. EU).

12. Exportöverensstämmelse

Du samtycker till att inte exportera eller återexportera Applikationen till förbjudna länder eller personer i strid med amerikanska exportkontrollagar.

13. Efterlevnad av Lagar

Du samtycker till att använda Applikationen i enlighet med alla tillämpliga lagar, inklusive skatte-, bokförings-, GDPR/CCPA-dataskydds- och konsumentskyddslagar.

14. Datahantering och Säkerhetskopiering

Vi garanterar INTE återställning av raderade data. Du är ansvarig för att säkerhetskopiera dina data via iCloud eller exportfunktioner.

15. Tredjepartstjänster

Applikationen kan integreras med Apple-tjänster (iCloud, Nyckelring). Apple stödjer inte Applikationen och garanterar inte dess noggrannhet.

16. Användning Endast som Verktyg

Denna Applikation är ett kompletterande verktyg och INTE en ersättning för professionella bokföringstjänster. Rådgör med proffs för finansiella beslut.

17. Tillgänglighet

Vi är engagerade i tillgänglighet (ADA/WCAG). Kontakta oss om du har svårigheter att komma åt funktioner.

18. Avskiljbarhet

Om någon bestämmelse anses ogiltig, ska den ändras eller tas bort, och återstående bestämmelser ska fortsätta att gälla fullt ut.

Betalningar: Behandlas av Apple; vi lagrar inte betalningsinformation.
iCloud: Data lagrade på Apple-servrar omfattas av Apples iCloud-villkor.
